Herb crusted saddle of lamb with ratatouille of vegetables with herb Polenta served with a tomato & basil red wine jus.
Fillet of beef on a rosti potato with roast root vegetables and a red wine thyme jus.
Linguine pasta bound in a tomato and mascarpone herb sauce, with olives, char-grilled peppers and cherry tomatoes.
Roast baby poussin with baby vegetables, herb crushed potatoes served with a tarragon white wine sauce
Sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce and ice cream.
Selection of cheese and biscuits served with homemade chutney.
Chocolate orange fondant served with a white chocolate sauce.
